The core daily practice of the NCP. A structured series of physical, breathwork, and somatic practices that move the nervous system deliberately between its two poles.

Free unstructured movement before structured exercise. Opens the feeling body before the doing body takes over.

Alternate nostril breathing. Directly stimulates both branches of the autonomic nervous system.

Silence followed by sound, toning, or vocal expression. Reopens suppressed expressive pathways.
